Registration - doing more online

We are currently enhancing our online registration software to handle more complicated registration situations, so that our customers can extend their online services, while the Contact Manager system does more of the work.

Our aim is that a small membership team should be able to run a busy membership office, without needing a great deal of resources. Decisions’ Contact Manager already has a software interface that allows the customer’s website to “talk” directly to the membership software. Now we are working to make online applications as efficient as possible, even when the registration requirements are a bit more complicated.

Many organisations need to make checks and validations to assign the correct class of membership and some societies need to see proof of qualifications and experience. Our latest software allows you to do more online, for example asking an applicant to upload a document.
