EPOS module further enhances contact manager CRM

After a specific technical requirement from the Society of Genealogists, the contact manager™ CRM portfolio has now been expanded to include the ability to encompass an EPOS terminal. Sales can be registered directly against the contact manager™ CRM database as well as the ability to retrieve member details and registering prospective members.
The new module delivers contact manager™ CRM functionality via a touch screen terminal, which gives a user friendly environment to retrieve member details. In addition the module has the ability to take payment using cash, cheques or credit card. Non-member sales are registered as prospective members giving you the ability to run a future sales campaign.
